Role overview: Red Sky are coordinating with a world leader in Premium Audio-Visual Events Services partnered with the UK's leading events venues and luxury hotels. Where the opportunity is being extended to join their team as an Audio visual events manager to orchestrate unforgettable events. From intimate gatherings to grand productions, you'll lead the planning, setup, and execution, ensuring seamless experiences every time. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with technicians to prepare, rig, and dismantle equipment for events, addressing any technical issues onsite.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Proactively engage clients to identify opportunities for upselling and tailor technical solutions to their requirements.
  • Curate a portfolio of standard set designs and visuals to showcase event possibilities.
  • Drive sales growth by maximizing service offerings and exploring new revenue streams.
Requirements to apply:
  • An AV background is a must – at interveiw you will be assessed on your skills on installing, sound, audio, lighting, visual and conferencing equipment.
  • Evidence of established management experience
  • Previous experience within the Service and Hospitality industry would be preferable.
  • Sales experience - Upselling Audio Visual or events packages
