Quantity Surveyor, within this team you will manage the project commercial aspects, oversee a Commercial Assistant, preparing monthly CVR's / VCR's, submit client applications, and handle commercial reports.
Learn the M&V process to assist in generating monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).
* Expand your understanding of commercial approaches for smaller subcontractor packages and site preliminaries.
* Frequently carry out site safety inspections.
* Continuously update PDR’s A&B and complete required training documentation.
* Develop and regularly evaluate personal action plans for project tasks and individual goals.
You will ideally have 3+ years experience at a Main Contractor working on Void or Responsive projects
