We are seeking a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team in the worktop industry. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth sales processes. If you have a strong background in sales administration, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset, we’d love to hear from you.
Shift time: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 (Some Saturdays may be required to work)
Process Orders: Handle sales orders via email or phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Data Accuracy: Verify data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Sales Reporting: Develop monthly sales reports.
Sales Targets: Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
