Payroll Specialist
SECTOR - MANUFACTURING

Carry out monthly payroll for 195 employees and develop systems/policies to support the increase in payroll processing that will take place during 2025.
Co-ordinate end to end Payroll processing by using SD Worx (managed payroll) tools and systems. Following training, the position will support all employees with SD Worx queries to enable access to payroll data on SD Worx tools.
Process and check all additional monthly items for payroll to include starters, leavers, overtime and additional payments are processed accurately and on time.
Audit time and attendance data aligned to processing of payroll data.
Lead on all taxation queries connected to monthly payroll in collaboration with SD Worx.
Assist the HR team to support the implementation of HR SAP to ensure alignment and integration with SD Worx payroll systems and tools.
Lead HR payroll and benefits administration by preparing general payroll to include mortgage requests, sending out P45 to leavers etc. Updating databases for benefit requirements and administering benefits data as required.
Support with year-end reporting by preparing P11d data for SD Worx to process.
Support Finance with downloading and preparing payroll reports for finance purposes to include payroll summary data etc
Support HR with providing salary reports, data aligned to business needs.

Payroll qualifications essential.
Minimum 3 years' experience within a Payroll position, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
IT literate with previous experience using HR packages - HR SAP experience would be advantageous.
Flexible, can-do altitude who works well within a team and can also work alone and has the ability to challenge the status quo.
