Job role: Head of Cleaning

Based: London

Salary: £240 per day (inside IR35)

Start: ASAP

Contract length: 3-6 months, could lead to a permanent position

Main duties/responsibilities:

• Responsible for all staffing-related activities, and controlling contractors in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Small works and intermediate projects, and ensuring that the provision and delivery of services meet or exceed the standards defined in the SLA
• Dealing with complaints and other service issues in a timely and professional manner
• Engagement action plans are brought to and kept alive across the entire team
• Contractual client reports providing a detailed overview of the service monthly activity in line with the contract key performance indicators

Person specification/qualifications/experience:

• Knowledge level of all Microsoft office packages
• Have worked in a similar industry with a presence in the healthcare sector
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence effectively at all levels, be a strong manager with proven ability to lead, motivate, inspire and support a diverse team, and have strong financial acumen with the ability to manage costs and ensure budgets are met
• Must take part in a 1 in 6 weekend rota and a 1 in 6 evening rota
