This individual will play a vital role as the first point of contact for any financial queries that come through to the team, alongside providing detailed communications of all payments. Assist in processing online electronic banking
• Provide help in recovery process & banking cheques
• Accounts reconciliation
• Maintaining Excel spreadsheet recording all debt recovery activity
• Identification and analysis of payment errors
• Support the Claims function with any ad hoc responsibilities and projects as required


Demonstrated experience in both Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word
