This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a dynamic and growing organisation. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a team to achieve ambitious sales targets. You will develop and coach your team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed plus you will also play a key role in building strong relationships with key clients in the assigned region, ensuring the client sees you as their trusted partner.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned region.
Analyse sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Proven sales leadership experience.
Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
