*We’re looking for an Oracle Cloud Technical Analyst to join us in Bradford.* Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required. *This is hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.* As part of the continued growth and diversification of Liberty Shared Services (LSS), we are looking to hire into the new role of Oracle Cloud Technical Analyst, to support BAU activity, enhancements and development, across various OpCo brands. As an Oracle Cloud Technical Analyst, you will fully utilise your experience as a dynamic and experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Developer with knowledge of technical components related to Oracle Fusion ERP, such as BI reports, HCM data extracts, SOAP/REST Web services and SQL/PLSQL.   • What will you be doing?*
  • You will develop and implement all technical solutions related to Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and OIC, whilst providing 3rd line support for Oracle Fusion platforms and Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Preparing Solution Design and Technical design documents, you will also design and develop integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud, including making REST and SOAP calls, FBDI File Uploads or HDL file uploads.
  • You will design and develop integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud including extracting Oracle ERP Cloud data using BIPublisher reports, HCM data extracts, analysis and OTBI Reports.
  • Whilst triaging and impact assessing change requests, you will provide estimates for new requirements, and monitor integration execution and the incident queue, whilst acknowledging and providing timely remediation to issues.
  • You will be open to working as on-call support as the team and function continues to grow (which will be reflected in the package)
  • We tend to look for people with:*
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Technical Analyst, Oracle Cloud Developer or similar.
  • Utilisation of the following technologies: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC); Oracle Fusion ERP Technologies: FBDI, BIP, REST and SOAP calls; Or, Oracle Fusion HCM Technologies: HDL, HCM Extracts, REST and SOAP calls; And, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Strong problem analysis skills with the ability to think creatively about possible problem solutions.
  • The ability to determine when to escalate issues to vendors and what changes which will improve the quality of support service.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, within a busy team environment.
