We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to join our clients team who are in an excellent position with exciting projects in the pipeline. The successful candidate will have a robust background in operational technology and experience managing complex IT projects. This role involves overseeing the implementation of an OT AD (Active Directory) Audit Tool and OT ERR (Enterprise Response & Recovery) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for the OT AD Audit Tool & OT ERR initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in operational technology and cybersecurity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager, specifically within the utilities or energy sector.
  • Strong background in operational technology.
  • Extensive experience with Active Directory and Enterprise Response & Recovery tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
