As a 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you'll play a crucial role in their Managed Services Team.

You'll assist the support desk with resolving tickets, managing client problems, ensuring the optimal performance of infrastructure and critical services, and delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.


Microsoft Ecosystem Support: Provide support across Microsoft desktops, servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
Network Troubleshooting: use your strong network troubleshooting skills to solve issues effectively.
You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience similar experience ideally within an MSP environment or working in a broad role working within a small IT department, in a busy environment
