Role Overview: As a Venue Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Park Lane Casino adheres to all relevant compliance regulations, including customer due diligence, anti-money laundering, and safer gambling requirements. You'll be responsible for conducting routine checks, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance across the venue.
Conduct regular customer account assessments for Source of Funds/Wealth, affordability, and sustainability.
Provide guidance, training, and support to managers and operational staff on compliance-related matters.
Track key compliance metrics and Key Performance Indicators, and develop action plans to address any areas of concern.
Ensure that all Safer Gambling and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) literature and signage are up-to-date and correctly displayed.
Act as a point of contact for central compliance and MLRO for any ad hoc reporting or support as required.
Confidence and credibility when dealing with peers, senior colleagues, and customers.
Strong research skills and familiarity with company procedures and databases related to social responsibility and AML.
Highly organized and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of laws and regulatory requirements relating to Anti-Money Laundering, Countering Terrorist Financing, and Social Responsibility.
ICA specialist certificate in AML or related field.
Experience in the land-based casino industry.
You must be aged 18 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
