Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Associate Director in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management with a Health & Education focus. You will be self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend alinea as the #1 Cost Consultant in London. In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend alinea.

  • Sets a clear strategy and ambition for the team leading inclusively to leverage the variety of perspectives, insights and knowledge of our people; making Turner & Townsend alinea a great place to work.
  • Identifies, coaches and mentors talent to realise their potential and celebrates the success of others.

  • Detailed understanding of the market, acting as a brand ambassador and creating a pipeline of opportunity.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the Health & Education space
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
  • Degree or HNC level qualification
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
