As they transition into phase two of an exciting new development, they are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join them on this exhilarating journey. This is a unique opportunity to join a fitness studio committed to delivering excellence in personal training. Although you are at the start of your journey, we will provide the guidance and support you need to become an exceptional personal trainer. We prioritize the highest standard of dedication to our members, making this role both demanding and rewarding. What Will You Be Doing? As a Junior Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to: Assist in delivering semi-private strength sessions, classes, and one-to-one coaching sessions to our discerning membership in our high-end fitness studio. Work with a client list of 25-40 hours per week, provided by the studio. Learn from experienced senior trainers and continually develop your skills and understanding of fitness, health, and nutrition. Ensure the highest possible quality of experience for your clients, from their initial booking to the completion of their sessions. As you progress and gain more experience, you will have the opportunity to move up our progression pathway. What Do they Want From You? The client is looking for an individual who possesses the following qualities: A passion for developing your skills and understanding of fitness, health, and nutrition. Great communication, personality, and social skills. Strong organizational skills, time efficiency, and flexibility. A well-presented appearance and a commitment to maintaining excellent all-round health and fitness. Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to go the extra mile. A self-starter with energy and a positive attitude, excited to work with a team of dedicated and passionate people.
