Our client is seeking a skilled/semi-skilled and motivated HGV and Trailer Technicians to join our team of professionals dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the performance of our heavy goods vehicle fleet.

As an integral part of the Chesterfield team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles and Trailers to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.

You should be able to accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical faults with the HGVs and Trailers, communicate technical information to your teammates, and escalate any issues to relevant managers.

* The successful candidate for the HGV & Trailer Technician vacancies will have;

* Have worked within HGV & Trailer fleets for a minimum of 2+ years - Advantageous.

* Hold an NVQ Level 3 in heavy vehicle maintenance or equivalent and desirably hold a current Irtec License - Advantageous.

* Training and funding can however be supported to achieve your HGV Class 1 license after a successful length of service.

* Company Bonus Scheme - Up to £2,000 after year 1.
