Our Business Officer role is an important one, at the heart of the high-quality care and service we provide across Prevention and Early Intervention. We need, permanent Business Officers to answer calls, update our recording systems, coordinate care visits - and moreSuccessful candidates will be part of highly motivated teams, working closely with a range of Prevention & Early Intervention professionals, making sure we always deliver the best outcomes for the residents of Cambridgeshire. Candidates will need to be comfortable with a flexible approach to tasks and be proactive in solving problems and engage positively with internal and external colleagues, partners, and providers.
We adopt a hybrid and flexible approach to work so, once trained, you will be able to work some of your days from an appropriate office location and home environment. Your office base will be determined on appointment, but may include offices in Cambridge or March. Our evolving Prevention and Early Intervention Service works over 7 days a week so some weekend and evening work will be required for this role.

As a Business Officer, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the teams of Prevention & Early Intervention to drive efficiency, improve processes, and enhance service delivery.
Our Business Officers provide essential administrative support across P&EI working as part of dynamic and customer focused teams. You will deal with calls from members of the public as well as internal queries, ensure appropriate scheduling of care calls, record service user details and support onboarding of new team members and much more
The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge of Windows & Microsoft packages (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet) and able to pick up new IT systems effectively.
The successful candidate will also have proven experience & understanding of working with GDPR regulations and will be enthusiastic about providing high quality customer service.
