As the Exhibition Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of exhibition stands across various global locations across EMEA. You will be responsible for delivering high quality exhibition stand build not only on time and within budget but also ensuring that we are meeting sustainability targets and delivering a consistently high quality of customer service..
Plan and coordinate the transportation of exhibition equipment to global locations across EMEA.
Manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
Track project against budget, ensuring that each exhibition comes within budget and margin requirements
Be the key point of contact for the client in relation to the logistics and operational management of the project
Liaise with equipment suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Utilise inventory management practices to track and account for all equipment.
Scheduling and Planning:
Actively manage the tradeshow team, making suggestions on ways to improve and reporting back to lead Account Holder when necessary.
Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Excellent project management skills
