Main Purpose of the Role: Your focus will be on delivering impactful programs to young people in the East Midlands. You'll be the face of our partnership, ensuring that our program in Nottingham maintains the highest standards and delivers maximum impact. Your responsibilities will include quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and a strong commitment to driving social change. Location: This role is remote but preferably located in the East Midlands or London. Regular travel to exhibition sites in Nottingham, Barking, and Islington is required, along with occasional national travel. Salary and Contract: £32,307 per annum pro rata (0.6 FTE £19,384.20), with a fixed-term contract of 1 year, extendable to 2 years subject to funding. Benefits:

Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE), with some evening and weekend work. Core hours are 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility required. Occasional work outside these hours will be compensated with time off. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the partnership between the Charity’s, fostering collaboration and positive engagement.
  • Assist in delivering our anti-knife crime program for young people in Nottingham and ensure smooth operation of workshops.
  • Maintain consistent program delivery across exhibition sites and provide training to freelance facilitators and actors.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to guide program design and innovation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and promote the work of the Charity through public speaking and outreach efforts.
Person Specification: Experience:
  • Previous experience in youth work and project management.
  • Experience in adult training and collaborative working.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong relationship management, networking, and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of issues like knife crime and youth violence.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the youth and community sector.
Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with qualifications in youth work or teaching considered advantageous.
