What You Can Expect

  • Location – Newport
  • Salary - £28,000
  • Industry – Managed Services/ IT Provider
  • Work Type – 6-month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities as a Procurement Executive

  • Oversee the creation of purchase orders, ensuring that supplier quotes are accurate, valid at the time of purchase, and align with the policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding the delivery of purchase orders, expediting when necessary.
  • Assist the Pre-sales and Sales Teams in obtaining supplier quotes for active opportunities.
  • Support the Accounts Team in resolving supplier invoicing queries.
  • Ensure that CRM systems and records are maintained accurately and kept up to date.
