Hours: 8:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Contract: Permanent
Are you passionate about working with young children and dedicated to providing high-quality care and education? my client is a small, family-run nursery in New Farnley, Leeds, offering a warm and nurturing environment for 2-5-year-olds. Their nursery prides itself on delivering exceptional care and support to families, and we are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their a team.
As a valued member of our nursery, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day care and education of our young children. You will need to come in ready to make a difference, using your knowledge and skills to contribute to the nursery's high standards.
Have experience in carrying out the Key Person role, including observing, assessing, and planning for children's learning and development.
Be confident in working with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring each child receives the individual attention they need.
Be able to establish strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider nursery team.
Act as a Key Person, providing tailored care and support to individual children.
-Communicate effectively with parents and carers to share updates on children's progress.
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a nursery setting.
Passion for working with young children and a kind, patient nature.
