Our client is looking to hire a motivated and energetic plumbing & heating engineer to support the installation and service teams in a period of significant growth. As part of our installation and service team, the responsibilities will include:

* Installation of heat pump systems in plant rooms

* Installation of HDPE pipework and experience in fusion welding.

* Competent in reading Mechanical schematic drawings

* Day-to-day supervision of the project team

* Responsible for on-site Heath & Safety in line with the company policy and legislation

* Responsible for the quality and compliance of the system

* 1st and 2nd Fix on domestic dwellings and plantrooms

* Pipefitting of heating/cooling/hot water distribution systems

* Basic electrical work to the various parts of our heat pump systems

* Commissioning and servicing of the heat pump systems

* 2-5 years professional experience in plumbing and/or pipefitting

* NVQ level 2 or 3 Plumbing qualification (or similar)

* Understanding of regulations and guidelines relating to hot water systems

* Experience in the renewable energy, infrastructure or construction industry preferred

Basic Salary £40k - £50K (depending on experience)

* 25 Days Annual Leave plus stats

* £30 monthly contribution to phone contract

* Full time position

* Van provided

* Project specific bonus scheme

This is a Permanent role. The term ‘Senior’ only refers to level of responsibility and the job vacancy is open to all ages
