K. specializing in the supply of mobility equipment and lockers and serving many of the country's best-known attractions and venues in addition to attending to the requirements of our many domestic customers.
We are looking to recruit a service technician to join our growing team based in Leicestershire. As part of a US based company specializing in guest service solutions, this position is perfect for a candidate looking for a career with opportunities for progression.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment located at a range of sites across the country, this includes strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers, kiosks and other equipment that may be added to the product lines in the future
Delivery and demonstration of a range of equipment to domestic customers
Repair faulty equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime
Installation of new locker systems
Keep accurate records of equipment repairs, maintenance, and service history
2-4 years' experience in equipment service or maintenance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office products
~ Proven experience as a service technician in the entertainment industry
~ Strong knowledge of electrical systems and circuitry
~ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
~ Willingness to travel to international sites with occasional overnight stays in the UK when required
~ Valid Driver's license
