We are looking for a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our brilliant team at the RSC Nursery in our wonderful newly refurbished premises on Waterside in Stratford Town Centre. This is a permanent opportunity, working up to 45 hours, 5 days a week.
The RSC Nursery has recently relocated and is a well-equipped environment that allows children to explore and learn through play. With a messy play space, free-flow activity areas, nutritious home-cooked food, and a large inclusive outside learning garden, you can be certain that the setting offers a nurturing and caring environment for children to flourish, learn and enjoy. Providing a safe and secure environment where each child is cared for equally.
Working as part of a team to ensure that children can play, learn, and develop.
Acting as key person, keeping records of children's development, writing reflections to share with parents and families.
A level 3 early years and childcare qualification
Experience of working with children from 6 months to 5 years
Perceptive and patient with the ability to share our vision of providing a happy, creative, and supportive environment to promote a child's development
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
The team are supportive of each other and proud of the work they do, enabling children to have a bright start as they begin their learning journeys. 
The nursery operates between 7.15pm, the successful candidate can expect to work various shifts covering the hours required operationally, these include:
Morning shift 7.Afternoon shift 1pm – 6.25 days annual leave, rising to 28 after 3 years' service, plus Bank Holidays
~ Subsidised car parking at Bridgeway car park
~ NOW pension scheme where the employee contributions can be up to 4% and the employer contributions up to 6%.
~ 20% discount in RSC shop, restaurant, and cafes in Stratford
~ This is a full time, permanent position working up to 45 hours per week, based in Stratford- upon-Avon.
We are also looking for practitioners to join our casual/bank staff team, to provide ad hoc cover for absence.
