As the CMMS Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the management and control of the new AOC Maximo 8 (MAS8) maintenance system. The quality of the system shall be maintained to ensure best maintenance practices are adhered to and the business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.

Role and Responsibilities:

Health, Safety and Environment
· Ensure all assets and associated maintenance are valid/signed off in an effective and safe manner in compliance with Company, industry, and regulative requirements.
· Support maintenance delivery of safety, integrity and environmental performance of the operated and non-operated assets.
· Driving reduction of greenhouse gas emissions through implementing optimisation initiatives, and identifying potential data modifications in line with AOC’s “Net Zero Policy”.
· Ensure highly visible and effective HSSE leadership and performance.
· Ensuring any Technical & Engineering updates to the CMMS encompass latest HSEQ legislation and compliance.

Strategic Priorities
· Provide technical equipment knowledge and experience input to company strategy.
· Establish and maintain effective/auditable equipment registers (EX/SBT/FHA/Temp Equip etc), to ensure efficient and cost, efficient cost delivery in support of the maintenance strategy.
· Establish, understand and maintain, effective maintenance data processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery for planning.
· Lead Maximo issues and support the organisation in the event of any CMMS downtime. 
· Promote OEUK maintenance best practices and associated changes to the maintenance system.
· Work with onshore/offshore personnel to develop and strengthen relationships and understanding of continuous improvements within the system (Upgrades/PS ad-hoc updates/Bulletins etc)
· Contribute to the development of the operational improvement plan by identifying equipment and maintenance improvement opportunities, lead CMMS data implementation and measure improvements.

Asset Responsibilities
· Company focal point for Maximo Level 1 support – User management, Maximo functional email management
· Responsible for ensuring CMMS operation and documented/managed updates
· Responsible for frequent distribution of CMMS dashboard reports (Backlog/Deferrals etc)
· Deliver and sustain clear, challenging objectives for operational improvements and efficiencies.
· Focus on maximising operational availability by identifying optimisation opportunities through equipment condition based monitoring and troubleshooting plant upsets in a timely manner
· Maintain the equipment registers within Maximo - EX/SBT/FHA/Temp Equip
· Audit Work order cancellations and ensure traceable compliance is met with supporting documentation/justification
· Produce monthly maintenance data for input into monthly management deliverables
· HSE reporting assistance for maintenance compliance queries
· Data analysis coordination for reliability purposes
· Support and ensure FMEA processes are in place for all major equipment
· Ensure clear and visual reporting of equipment up time is available for key stake holders 
· Generation of Ad-hoc work orders
· Responsible for technical input to maintenance audits, maintenance deferrals, documentation changes and Operations Risk Assessments (ORAs) within discipline as appropriate.
· Ensuring a robust work management process is followed in all Technical, Engineering & Operations modifications within Maximo

Competence Requirements & Skills:

Education & Associations (Essential)
· Recent Maximo Build Experience/Knowledge
· ISO14224 Awareness
· Maintenance or Mechanical Engineer

Additional Requirements
· 5+ years working within a maintenance environment and strong knowledge of front end Maximo applications
· BOSIET, MIST & Offshore Medical
