We are searching for an experienced F&S Service Engineer who is passionate about what they do and making a difference to people's lives with the work we do in Security Solutions. Access Control | Intrusion Protection | Video Surveillance | Door Entry | Fire Detection | Audio Alarm Verification | Staff Protection | Public Address | Time & Attendance | LED Lighting
Drive excellent customer service by working with the area supervisor and Call Centre utilising our dedicated PDA management software. Once established, the successful candidate will also have significant additional earning potential through our callout rota
Flexible working hours will be periodically required to meet client demand
Ideally located approximately 30 minutes travel into your working area
Perform Call Out Duty in accordance with published rota
Aid Installation technicians when required and assist other Service department personnel during their absence in order to achieve Company targets and objectives.
Clean driving license
Working knowledge of Access Control systems (PC based and standalone): Working knowledge of CCTV systems across analogue and IP platforms.
Working knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems across Addressable and Conventional: Solid experience within the security industry
Strong knowledge of the Security Systems industry and it's standards is essential
Knowledge in Fire is ideal, but training can be provided
Proven field service technical experience
