We have an exciting opportunity for a Female Senior Leader to join a small charity, whose mission is to provide a range of accessible services and activities to improve the quality of life of all women in the London area.

Position:
Chief Executive (female)

Location:
London N7 / Hybrid

Hours:
Part time - 28 hours per week

Salary :
Circa £56,000 per annum pro rata (actual salary £42,000) private pension

About the role:
The aim of this post is to empower the charity and strengthen its capacity.

As Chief Executive you will lead development and implementation of their strategic plan to address community need and the impact of the local and national policy agenda, underpinned by robust financial management, good governance and general management.

You will work closely with the Board of Trustees and lead a small staff team.

Your key responsibilities will include:
*Provide strategic vision and leadership to the operation and development of the charity
*Lead, support and manage a team of experienced staff
*Lead the fundraising strategy to establish its long term sustainability
*Build relationships with existing and new stakeholders in order to raise the profile of the charity and represent it at external events and publicity opportunities

About you:
This role would suit an energetic, creative, dynamic and determined individual, who can inspire, manage and develop the team.

You may be looking for your first role as a Charity Leader or have been a CEO previously, either way you will need to have a track record of fundraising, meeting financial targets and have outstanding communication skills.


You may also have experience in areas such as CEO, Chief Exec, Chief Executive Officer, Director, MD, Managing Director, Executive Director, COO, Chief Executive, Operations Director, Charity Leader, Charity Manager, Director of Operations, Fundraising Director, Head of Operatins, Head fo Fundraising, Head of Strategy, Senior Leader, CEO, Deputy CEO, Acting CEO, Acting Chief Executive Officer, Interim CEO, Interim Chief Executive Officer etc.
