This key role is responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, ensuring ISO9001:2015 accreditation, and promoting a strong Health and Safety culture throughout the company. The QHSE Manager will lead a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Main Responsibilities Oversee and monitor QHSE performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies. Lead and manage the QA/QC and Document Control teams to achieve department goals. Ensure that all inspections, documentation, and testing processes are completed accurately and in line with company standards. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and third-party auditors on all QHSE matters, ensuring expectations are met and standards are upheld. Maintain the company's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO9001:2015, and manage internal audits and corrective actions. Chair Health and Safety/Business Improvement meetings, evaluate system effectiveness, and support the implementation of improvements. Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and manage emergency procedures including fire safety, accident reporting, and PPE compliance. Provide regular reports on QHSE performance to senior management and external authorities, ensuring accurate and timely communication. Deliver QHSE inductions and training to employees, ensuring competence and understanding of safety standards.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QHSE professional to contribute to the ongoing success and safety culture of a leading company, while driving continuous improvement.
