As part of the team, you will be working with both high-profile brands as well as smaller advertisers. Clients can be local, regional, or global.
Execute and manage brand awareness-focused social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit via Sprinklr.
Optimise campaigns and provide reporting on performance.
2+ years of experience in social media management, specifically in campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting on Meta or TikTok.
~ Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Data analysis abilities (e.g. ability to organise performance data and translate this into clear, strategic narratives)

Experience in brand awareness-focused social media management on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or Reddit.
Familiarity with using Sprinklr for social media management.
Media performance reporting and analysis skills across multiple channels and objectives.
Experience in managing client relationships in an embedded support role.
