Our Client is a leading Tier 1 Contractor renowned for excellence in delivering large-scale construction projects across the UK. With a commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Surveyor to join their team.

As a Managing Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring financial control, contract compliance, and commercial excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of projects, managing costs, contracts, and subcontractor relationships.

Manage the commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion.

* Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts and agreements.

* Provide commercial advice and support to project teams.

* Ensure compliance with NEC Form of Contract requirements.

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on commercial matters.

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or relevant field.

* Proven experience working as a Managing Surveyor within the construction industry.

* Extensive knowledge and experience with NEC Form of Contract.

* Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
