Be part of building one of the largest Projects in Manchester
My client is a leading Property contractor that due a large Manchester Projects current stages require an internals Site Manager. The Site manager they are looking for will have worked for a main building contractor or developer. As a Site manager you will be responsible to manage all teams of trades of labour on large fast-moving projects. With a proven track record of successful delivery, projects finishing to time and to budget. You will have experience of finishing and internals on large scale construction projects.
My client has projects over £100 million, that require site managers with strong finishing experience. Those candidates with a joinery background would be of particular interest for this role, having high end finishing construction experience.
Background in High rise projects
• Understanding project programming and planning
• Excellent health and safety construction record
