Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Safety Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in construction safety, with a significant advantage for those with a background in structural steel. This role involves both office-based work and regular site visits, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Provide safety training and support to site personnel, ensuring awareness and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
3-5 years of experience in a safety advisor role within the construction industry.
