Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a trusted and reliable partner. Key Responsibilities: Duties: CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter

  • Set up, program, and operate advanced CNC lathes ( Doosan and Nakamura ) to produce complex precision components.
  • Analyse blueprints, strong GTD skills interpreting engineering drawings, and engineering information to determine the best machining processes.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise the machining processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on the machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor the quality and accuracy of the finished product and make necessary adjustments to the machines and processes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of production runs, job setups, and quality control data.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the working area.
Qualifications and Skills: CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter
  • GCSE , diploma or equivalent
  • Fanuc programming is an advantage.
  • Good GTD skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up, programming, and operating advanced CNC lathes. • Strong technical skills and knowledge of machining processes, and programming languages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to machining and manufacturing processes.

Hours of work:
  • Early shift Monday to Thursday- 6 am to 2.15 pm
  • Late Shift Monday to Thursday -1400 to 0015.
Shift Premium * Over time rates are available
