Job Duties:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide the best possible solutions. Deliver best-in-class service to our customers through great interactions and effective delivery. Support team members and store teams as required.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong team player who works considerately with others. Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering the right experience for our customers. Calm, focused, and able to work under pressure. Excellent written, editing, and communication skills.
