As Lead Systems Engineer you'll lead a team of Systems Engineers in the development of the Quanta Dialysis System, ensuring full compliance with medical device regulations and standards. You'll take a lead in the feasibility, definition, integration, and verification of system elements of the solution.

This is a key role within the R&D function and will help shape the future of the Quanta Dialysis System.

Quanta Dialysis Technologies is on a mission to make dialysis accessible to every patient in every setting with its innovative QD system. With its compact size, intuitive design and GUI interface, and proven performance, QDS offers a solution that delivers powerful clinical outcomes.

As the preferred candidate for the role of Lead Systems Engineer, you ll have:

  • Appropriate engineering / science degree with an element of systems engineering principles and methodologies or otherwise experienced within an appropriate engineering discipline.
  • Experience of planning and leading a team to deliver complex systems engineering projects, either in a medical device or high integrity / safety critical environment.
  • Experience of working with mechatronic and embedded systems.
  • Skilled in either systems thinking, systems engineering, systems assurance or systems integration.
  • Knowledge of the Systems Engineering V Model Processes.
  • Experience of managing teams of engineers (internal and external) in delivering complex programmes on time & budget in a relevant environment.
