Head of IT – Join a growing business
Hybrid working – office based in Yorkshire

We’re currently partnered with a growing business who are looking for a Head of IT to join the team to lead and manage the companies IT department to ensure the delivery of quality IT services and solutions across the business.

The business are on a mission to offer a more sustainable environment through their partnerships with retailers and manufacturers to ensure nothing goes to waste and the role of Head of IT will be to oversee the development and implementation of their IT strategy, standards and policies to ensure there is an alignment across business objectives and goals.

As the Head of IT, you’ll be ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and services meet the needs and expectations of the business and customers whilst providing strategic direction and leadership across the IT department.

Lead and manage the IT team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
⭐Ensure IT policies, procedures and best practices are being adhered to and implement appropriate risk management and governance frameworks
⭐Offer expert advice and guidance on IT matters and issues
⭐Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to assess their potential impact and value for the business
⭐Manage the IT budget across the department

Demonstratable experience within an IT management role
IT knowledge within cloud and SaaS services, MS Stack (Azure, 365) and experience with GDPR standards and emerging technologies within retail
Good knowledge and expertise in the IT domains relevant to the retail sector
