he Role:
Reporting to the People and Performance Manager, you will take responsibility in managing employee relations and performance management. As such, you will be responsible for anything to do with HR, ensuring policies are consistent and HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably. In addition, you will have line management responsibility for the People and Performance Assistant, and ensure you work in partnership with all ER related instances and look to develop the People and Performance Assistants skills and c

apability.
