People & Culture Business Partner - Reporting

In this role you will be responsible for supporting our people analytics requirements, by delivering integrity in our people data, supporting the delivery of our central People & Culture reporting requirements and supporting our commitment to insights led decision-making for our People & Culture teams and business stakeholders.

Business Partnering: You will partner closely with People & Culture Business Partners and key business stakeholders to gather & interpret data and determine what information & insights they want to discover. You will collaborate with Technology, Compliance & Data & Analytics teams to ensure business and functional requirements are documented and understood.
You will develop and support initiatives that will build trust and credibility in our people data and enable our data to be structured in a way that is easily accessible.
Process Improvement: You will ensure continuous improvement, consistency and effectiveness of data management, data quality and related processes. Identifying opportunities for change and enhancement of P&C activity either through process improvement, training, or system requirements.
Data Governance/Quality: You will maintain and enhance the overall quality, integrity, and security of people data globally by upholding data governance policies and procedures, maintaining controls, performing quality checks, and resolving issues on a case-by-case basis.
Project Management: You will support P&C Operations related projects to improve operational effectiveness, providing data consulting and support for ad hoc requests and projects across various P&C and business teams.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management.
You bring expert planning and organisation skills, ability to balance responsibilities, plan and allocate tasks effectively and schedule for yourself and the team and work within agreed timescales.
You have enhanced attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
