Responsibilities in your new role as the Food & Beverage Manager

  • Supervise the food and beverage department of the hotel, ensuring exceptional standards of service throughout

  • Collaborate closely with department heads to streamline operations effectively

  • Contribute to menu development and design, aiming for enticing and profitable offerings

  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and cultivate a supportive workplace atmosphere conducive to growth

  • Enforce strict adherence to health and hygiene protocols, prioritizing the safety of both staff and guests

Your personality, experienceand qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will bring a background in similar positions within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a track record of successfully training and developing teams. You should be adept at confidently liaising with department heads and have a genuine passion for delivering consistently high standards of flawless service.

Due to the location of this role, a driver's licence and access to your own transport is essential.
