We are seeking for a experienced barista/front of house staff to join our team. . . - Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. - Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to their preferences. - Operate coffee-making equipment (la marzocco) such as espresso machines and grinders. - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area. - Handle cash/card transactions accurately. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Assist in restocking inventory as needed. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours. - Basic math skills for cash/card handling and measuring ingredients. - Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
