Ducklings have recently received an Outstanding grade from Ofsted and due to expanding we are now looking for a Room leader and a L3 Qualified staff member to join our loyal team.

Responsibilities to include:

\* Supporting in the smooth daily running - interacting with the children, planning, setting up and cleaning down.

\* Making sure all children's needs are met. Keeping them safe at all times.

\* To deliver the Development matters framework in accordance to setting policies and procedures.

\* To observe each child's progress and report on achievements.

\* To be a key person.

\* Ensure you are familiar with all policies and procedures and keep up to date.

\* Attend and take part in staff meetings, training and parents evenings.

\* We promote staff training within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of nursery staff in providing high-quality care and education to children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behavior, and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress.
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
