Are you passionate about crafting high-impact digital solutions that connect modern technology with evolving business needs? We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our clients Technology team, where you'll play a critical role in shaping and implementing scalable, secure solutions across a diverse range of digital products and services.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Agile teams to design solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing frameworks and drive measurable improvements.

As Solution Architect, you’ll take ownership of solution designs for new applications and shared systems, ensuring alignment with best practices, performance standards, and user needs. This position offers an opportunity to lead system integration efforts, adopt innovative methodologies, and guide Agile teams through the implementation phases. Your expertise in translating complex requirements into practical, effective solutions will bridge communication across stakeholders, ensuring that both business and technical goals are achieved.

You’ll also be a core member of the Architecture Forum, where you’ll contribute to technology strategy, continuous improvement initiatives, and support a collaborative, forward-thinking architecture community. Key Responsibilities:
Design and document solution architectures for new and existing applications, applying industry standards and best practices.
Lead technical integration efforts, focusing on system interoperability, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams, guiding Agile processes to ensure smooth delivery.
Explore emerging technologies to enhance solution design and delivery.

Key Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in software architecture, integration patterns, and microservices.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), data governance, and analytics.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, software deployment, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Familiarity with Agile and project delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of tools and frameworks such as REST, JSON, Postgres, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js).
