Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a recruitment consultant who specialises within the health and social care sector to assist with recruitment for domiciliary care to ensure the best outcomes for both our clients and candidates. My client is looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join the team and contribute to our ongoing success.
As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in health and social care recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various roles within the health and social care industry. You will build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and high levels of satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Match suitable candidates to client vacancies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Prepare and manage job advertisements, ensuring they are compelling and attract high-quality candidates.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the health and social care sector.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Competitive salary of £27,500 per annum.
Regular working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) promoting a healthy work-life balance.
