The salary for this role is £31,781 for a 40 hour full time permanent position
~ Work Van and fuel card
~26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service
~ Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days

~ As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll deliver top-notch repairs and maintenance services to our properties. Whether working individually or as part of a dynamic team, you'll handle a diverse range of building maintenance tasks. Showcase your carpentry skills with experience in both domestic and commercial settings. As this is a Multi Skilled role we require you to have a secondary skill this can either be in basic plumbing or grounds work.
Qualifications: Provide evidence of relevant qualifications and experience to excel in your role.
Initiative and Positivity: Show initiative and maintain a positive outlook, contributing to our positive, connected, and considerate workplace culture.
Tech: You will be required to utilise an electronic handheld device, alongside some admin responsibilities for the role too.
