JLA is driven by a world class Sales & Marketing engine, owns and maintains all assets, and has an efficient on-site operations team working with daily with customers. 
Manage the creation and ticking to the board of customer orders across Total Care, Machine Sales, SCONs and Solutions including all mobilisation, from receipt of Docusign through to creation of scope.
Manage a Sales Ops order processing team and develop a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, measured by and managed to clear performance metrics.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain colleagues to meet business and customer order processing expectations.
Manage your team to deliver customer orders within SLA objectives across all assigned verticals and segments, proactively driving efficiency in collaboration with Sales, Installs and Supply Chain colleagues.
Lead the mobilisation of new contracts, assigning resource to coordinate multi-functional teams to ensure effective order processing and account set-up on operational platforms.
Develop talent within your team, fostering a culture of high quality delivery and commitment to excellence, demonstrated through high quality standards e.g. data quality, rejection rates, etc. People management including performance management, coaching and development
Collaboration skills across multiple teams including supply chain, sales and finance
Experience of performance management including managing under-performance as well as developing and empowering talent.
Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, with the capability to maximise use of management information to drive order processing, process efficiencies and operational improvement
Experience of being focused on leading a team to achieve business objectives including team performance monitoring and management e.g. corrective actions, etc.
Strong communication and cooperation with peers and senior key stakeholders, along with interpersonal skills to inspire cross-functional teams and align objectives
Detail focus with an ability to understand individual order performance and relate this to team performance 
A focus on hitting business results and deadlines including the ability to be agile and create corrective action plans
