Job Description STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER, BOND ST, NEW STORE OPENING

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to work closely with the Store Director to drive operational excellence across our retail operations. Ensure adherence to all operational policies and procedures by partnering with internal teams, and suggest local adaptations as needed.
Manage and optimize in-store operations and stock positions to ensure efficient processes and communication.
Lead the rollout and training for all applications and system updates to ensure team compliance and understanding.
Maintain and produce operational reports to ensure compliance with company policies.

Inventory Management:
Conduct regular cycle counts, identify inventory discrepancies, and manage resolution processes.
Manage the annual physical inventory process, ensuring shrinkage is within company standards.

Store Maintenance & Security:
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with external vendors and contractors, liaising with the appropriate teams as needed.
Maintain store security and ensure facilities comply with safety regulations and codes.

Minimum of 5 years of retail operational experience.
Proactive, with a willingness to take initiative and lead beyond the immediate scope of responsibility.
Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Capable of remaining mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
