People Services Associate - Absence

Contract Type: Permanent

Mon/Thurs/Fri - working from home and office days Tues/Weds

Bakkavor Group is a leading manufacturer in the fresh foods market, specialising in developing private label products for top global grocery retailers and well-known international food service operators.

In the UK, our customers include some of the UK’s best known grocery retailers including Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda and Morrison’s, who sell our products to consumers under their respective retail brands.

To provide high quality, consistent and compliant advice, support and resolution to all tier one absence customer requests for assistance to MyHR Employee Services. Administer a diverse range of operational Absence and HR Administration related tasks associated with the employee lifecycle promptly and within agreed procedures, standards and timescales.

Min 4 GCSE’s with Maths and English minimum of C / 4 or equivalent
Proven experience of providing administrative support within a busy office environment
Experience, understanding and competent in the use of the Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word, excel and power point
Strong team working skills focusing on sharing best practice and supporting colleagues

Customer Service Qualification Level 2
CIPD Level 3 Qualification
