Multi Tradesperson Required Pay Rate: Negotiable Role Specific Requirements: Required checks EL1 or EL2 Enhanced DBS Due to security vetting, candidates must have at least 3 years of continuous residency within the UK. 39 hours per week, 1 in 4 weekendsResponsibilities: Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales. Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Co-ordination Team To comply with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties To undertake out of hours call out duties as per rota requirements Qualifications: Time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar discipline Current full UK driving licenceSkills: Basic numeracy and literacy skills Joinery Tiling Minor plumbing - Desirable Minor plastering - Desirable Interpersonal skills Time Management Ability to use PDA device Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety , method statements and risk assessments Experience: Required Technical Skills Ideally 2 years relevant work related experienceBehavioural Competencies: Enthusiastic Punctual Conscientious Self-motivated Interpersonal skills Technical Competencies: Accurate measuring and scoping of works Good knowledge of current industry practice Problem solvingPlease note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
