CKB Recruitment are working with a well known name in the UK insurance market, that is looking for a driven and ambitious Commercial Telemarketer to join their growing team in Harrogate.

You will spearhead the company outreach efforts, engaging with SME businesses in the local area to understand their insurance needs, information gathering to then pass these leads over to the broking team. This role promises not just growth but a chance to evolve into a client-facing position in the future, offering bespoke advice to the clients you connect with.

This broker offer rapid career progression with a performance-driven development track with opportunities to rise to more senior roles in the branch.

This is a new and expanding team, so they can offer excellent growth opportunities. You can be part of an expanding branch with significant growth expected and your role can evolve to become more client-facing, providing a pathway to deepen your insurance expertise and relationship-building skills.

this role would be Ideal for candidates with at least 1 years experience in a sales role, looking to develop and enhance their expertise in a nurturing yet ambitious setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential clients, gathering crucial information for tailored insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to exceed client expectations and meet sales targets.
  • Progress to client-facing roles, advising on bespoke insurance options with technical astuteness.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has a solid sales background (at least 12 months), ideally in a similar role.
  • Is driven, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a role with clear progression.
  • Is a team player, eager to contribute to our branch's growth and success.

A competitive base salary is on offer, plus bonuses. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.
