A Marketing Support Tester who will be responsible for the functional testing of Sports and Gaming content and customer communications, including researching competitor sites and campaigns.

Working in Marketing Support, you will provide functional testing for all promotional based projects, including go live testing for business releases that impact the department. You will support the wider Marketing departments through testing customer communication, ensuring the best possible customer experience, whilst meeting the necessary regulatory standards.

This role is 5 days from 7 and relevant training will be provided.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Ability to create and follow methodical processes, whilst identifying all aspects required for testing.
Enthusiasm for giving an excellent customer experience.
Excellent website navigation skills and domain configuration knowledge.
Desire to advance own learning and knowledge of Marketing Services processes.
Previous testing experience or working within a technical team is desirable but not essential.

Testing a wide range of major releases.
Conducting site reviews from both a consumer based and regulatory perspective.
Completing ad hoc testing requests.
Managing and maintaining Marketing test accounts and Marketing device cache.
Understanding the regulatory restrictions applied to domains and zones, and their impact on testing.
