Memento Exclusives is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to help drive global campaigns and lead its brand growth in sports memorabilia and manufacturing. You’ll be working with licensees including Formula 1, UFC, MotoGP and more, joining the business during its biggest year to date
Job Role:
The role will focus on building and implementing a strategic and comprehensive commercial plan, whilst developing innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen partnerships and deliver the sales strategy. The role will involve tailoring the product offer to meet consumer demand and driving profitability, whilst enhancing brand loyalty. You will be responsible for directing a dedicated team of passionate individuals, contributing to the overall brand’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and implement the strategic vision and commercial plan including: annual sales forecast, product and marketing plan, channel P&L and budgets, customer experience and brand development
· Own and manage the partnership with Memento Exclusives’ licenses
· Direct a team of professionals across CRM, social media, auction, website merchandising, and commercial accounts, to fulfil the brand's objectives and KPIs
· Use financial data to adjust strategies to ensure profitability and ROI on partnership and royalty structures
The Ideal Candidate:
· Possesses a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse and interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
· Is a natural leader with a proven track record in steering digital growth, building market-leading brands, and spearheading innovative digital initiatives
· Has excellent communication skills, adept at managing stakeholder relationships, team communications and digital partnerships
Demonstrates the ability to manage teams to hit digital marketing and sales KPIs.
