Your Responsibilities As our Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Design team across various sectors, including Commercial , Public Sector , and Health . Your day-to-day tasks will include: Managing and delivering design information in line with the agreed design programme and deliverable schedule. Providing design input during both the preconstruction and construction stages of projects. Producing design programmes, scopes, responsibility matrices, appointments, and schedules. Attending and chairing essential meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders. What We’re Looking For This role is perfect for you if you have: Experience in delivering high-value, complex design work from a main contractor perspective. The ability to organize, plan, program, and manage workloads effectively. Experience with site/contract procedures (a plus). At Kier, we believe in recognizing potential.
